I founded the BCC in December, 2013 and Its something I couldn't be more proud of. Thanks to my partner Lizzie Gill and the rest of the crew we've shown in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Colorado, Australia, and the United Kingdom... and we're looking to further marinate this planet with our collage juices. Solo show @ 188 Galerie / Opening on 4/8/2015 - #lahtipopup
I'm honored to be working with Charles Lahti the master printer on a Solo show for my collage work. He's an amazing guy and his work is beautiful so be sure to check his work out! The opening is on Wednesday, April 8th at 8AM.
The show will last for the month of April so if you can't make the opening then stop by any time! 188 Galerie is a unique paper shop specializing in hand printed and crafted wrapping paper and other paper accessories that would make you want to do cartwheels.
In other news, THE BIG CITY print has been completed (A series of 50x 6 color hand printed prints of an original collage). They where printed with the best printer alive, Erik Romanyshyn over at PUSH PULL Print Shop. They are exclusive and can be purchased by clicking on the image:

Well folks, its been one hell of a year with a lot more to come in 2015. The Brooklyn Collage Collective (http://www.brooklyncollagecollective.com) is now a year old. Going into the new year we have over 30+ members, a book coming out in conjunction with Collage Collective Co, and a bunch of upcoming shows. The Brooklyn Collages finishes its 3rd Exhibition
Brooklyn Collage busts out its 3rd collective exhibit in the Bush!
I founded the Brooklyn Collage Collective in December 2013 and we've come a long way in a short amount of time. The third installment of the Brooklyn Collage Collective was a great success, and a big thank you Chris Kelly at The Armature Artspace, and to all those who where involved and came to indulge themselves in a fantastic collection of local collage art. The show consisted of the following members of the BCC: Morgan Jesse Lappin, Lizzie Gill, Kieran P Madden, Joseph Karwacki, Jay Riggio, Daniel Greer, Adrienne Moumin, Katie Raffa, Jesse McCloskey, Richard Vergez, Rachel Meuler, Biz Zid, and Allie Olson.
As you can tell from the picture, i look as if I was very drunk and stoned. This was because, i was very drunk and stoned..
